Justin and Gabrielle’s Adelaide Hills Wedding was vastly different to their original plan. They were set to wed in Bali, when hidden costs caused them to rethink. What they managed to arrange for their Australian Wedding, in a few short months, was nothing short of stunning.
Al Ru Farm played host to their entire day from the girls preparations through until the Reception. The focus was upon family with the inclusion of nieces and nephews in the bridal party. Gabrielle’s brother walked her down the aisle, Justin was accompanied by his brother’s and the certificate was witnessed by the mum’s. The family oriented nature of this couple was plain to see.
Their intimate gathering of guests witnessed their union under sunny Autumn skies. Amy Harrison conducted their Ceremony, which swayed between heartfelt and hilarious. At the conclusion, guests went onto enjoy festivities whilst I stole the Bridal Party for some brief photos in the grounds.
One thoughtful element from their Wedding Day was their use of fresh flowers. The arrangement that adorned the Ceremony arbour went onto create a table runner for the Reception. This clever concept helped to lower their environmental impact whilst saving on costs.
Justin & Gabrielle entered their party to a raucous reception filling the room with love and cheer. At the conclusion of the formalities, we escaped to create one final image. The newlyweds wanted a photo to depict their gratitude towards their guests and I think we nailed it!!
