Robert and Jemma held their Adelaide Hills Wedding over the Easter weekend. They were married at Glen Ewin Estate surrounded by a small gathering of family and friends.
A COVID cluster in QLD meant there were some important people missing, including the best man! Sadly, I see this as a new normal that clients and their guests face for the foreseeable future.
Jemma is originally from the Territory and made the move to SA in search of love. In Adelaide she found Robert, which brought us to the present day.
It was a balmy afternoon and dappled light covered the lawns of the Pulpshed. Sofie Bozetti welcomed guests with her amazing acoustic tunes, whilst Gillian Potter officiated their heartfelt ceremony against the lake backdrop.
Robert and Jemma had a big focus on family and guests, so ample time was allocated for family photos and to mingle before they departed for photos. Given their Bridal Party was minimal (4 people), they were able to do this without sacrificing on their portraits. A tip for all couples that smaller bridal parties do have benefits.
Following their photos on location, we returned to start their Reception under the glow of lanterns strung across the pulp shed. The newlyweds beamed as they celebrated into the night soaking up every minute of their celebration. Thank you R & J for having me along to capture your new chapter.
