Phil and Ellen were married in McLaren Vale on a scorcher of a day back in March. Their Wedding was a fusion of rich native florals, subtle boho accents and the scenic vista of the winery.
The Bride wore a stunning Mia Solano gown which she complimented with Italian Designer shoes bought on their recent European adventure. She was an absolute show stopper as you will see from the Groom’s reaction when she walked down the aisle.
Kerry Tudor officiated their Ceremony in which the Groomsmen played a hilarious joke. They had multiple ring boxes between them. When asked for ‘THE RINGS’ the clever skit unfolded leaving the bride and guests in stitches.
The Bridal Party did a stellar job withstanding direct sun for much of the day. From the Ceremony to Portraits, they took it all in their stride and even smiled for me.
Hot sunny days often mean pretty awesome sunsets. With the temperature drop there was a communal sigh of relief. Guests spilled out onto the deck to watch the sun dip and this celebration kicked into gear.
Speeches were a riot and hilarious, but also sincere and heartfelt. An impromptu first dance, under the fairy lights on the deck, was my ticket to leave. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Dixon on an amazing day!!
