Last December I held my first set of Summer Mini Sessions at Hahndorf Lavender Estate. This unique Adelaide Hills property is only open to the public for a one month window annually, making it a very seasonal backdrop.
Nicole, the owner, was very accommodating allowing these sessions to take place during the later part of the day when the majority of the public had left and the light was at it’s best. Given it was Summer this also provided a reprieve from the warm weather.
Sessions ran for 20 minutes allowing clients to explore a sea of purple, surrounded by the aroma of lavender and the gentle hum of bees. There are 3 fields on the property flanked by towering gum trees, providing plenty of space and endless rows to wander through.
I look forward to offering Summer Mini Sessions here again in late 2025 with dates being released in October/November.
