Patrick and Sarah held their Adelaide Hills Wedding at ‘The Manor Basket Range’ last Autumn. Hence you’ll note all the delicious tones that I’m delighted to say will be upon us again soon.
The Manor is an exclusive wedding venue that has soared in popularity since COVID. The site boasts several ceremony and reception spaces along with onsite accommodation. The venue changes with the seasons and is filled with so much variety for photographs.
Patrick and Sarah put together a very classic wedding with hues that complemented the season perfectly. They both got ready onsite amid a drizzly morning. The boys were ever so dapper in black and white, whilst the ladies exuded elegance in their forrest green and faux furs.
These guys incorporated a ‘first look’ into their timeline as they were going to be short on daylight following their ceremony. Aside from being a clever planning decision it gives couples the chance to see each other privately before the crowd and sometimes eases nerves.
With the rain quite persistent the decision was made to move the ceremony inside and everyone remained warm and dry whilst Sarah’s Uncle officiated the nuptials.
Patrick and Sarah’s reception was full of warmth, laughter and frivolity that made its way through to the dance floor. This wedding was also special to me as I ran into not one, but two lovely past couples. This just goes to show how small Adelaide really is, but I’m equally grateful that this couple found me through two separate recommendations. Congratulations to you both!
